The extraordinary beauty of Piazza Vasari arises from the presence of different styles and epochs that at every corner can breathe the past and give evocative colors and shapes.

The plan of a brick color interspersed with white geometric lines is gently sloping and there are eighteenth-century buildings like the Parish Church of Santa Maria, the Palace of the Court of the seventeenth century, the Palazzo delle Logge, designed by Giorgio Vasari in 1573, which under his arcade houses ancient artisan shops and fine restaurants, medieval-style palaces with crenellated towers and wooden balconies, the sixteenth-century fountain, the Palazzo della Fraternita dei Laici, architectural synthesis of gothic, renaissance and late renaissance.
Piazza Grande is the heart of the city of Arezzo and in particular revives during the Giostra del Saracino.
